I loved it, have never been in a better hotel. Amicable staff and sensational breakfast with cheese and yogurt, as for instance that lived up to my expectations. The location was incredible, 20 km to Orly airport, perfectly reachable. Besides, I were close to restaurants and bars.

My twin room had a balcony that offered a lovely view while being quiet enough to sleep. The hotel is just 10-20 minutes from popular sights via two nearby metro stations. I loved the perfect cleaning services, and the warm hospitality from the staff made it even better.

Staff very nice, both helpful and friendly. Il personale e molto bello, sia cordiale e disponibile.
Room very small, bed very small. Small old room with nothing but a small bed & old cupboard. No duvet, just blanket. Similar to an old dorm or YMCA. Don't expect a bacon and egg type breakfast or you will be disapointed. Not similar to England or Australian accommodation in any way. Camera molto piccola, letto molto piccolo. Piccola vecchia stanza con nient'altro che un piccolo bed & vecchio armadio. No piumino, appena coperta. Simile a un vecchio dormitorio o YMCA. Non aspettatevi un tipo di pancetta e uovo o la prima colazione sarete delusi. Non simile a Inghilterra o alloggio australiano in alcun modo.

Good location: close to the subway, lot of shops and cafes, to Cite walk 20 minutes. room is small but quite comfortable, clean, it's clean. Breakfast is decent for France, not only coffee and croissant.
The hotel was being renovated, a perforator started working at 8 a.m.

This Hotel is very well located. Some of the staff are speaking are very well english. The room was very clean. The breakfast was much better than expected. It contains a croaissant, a baguette, some butter, some marmelade, coffee and a fresh pressed orange juice! Some other guests were eating cereals. The windows can be opend completely.
Some loud guests in the hallway at night-are probably normal for a low budget hotel. The room has smelled a lot like fresh paint, so that we openend the window all night.

The location is the best part, 1 minute walk to a metro station, a 15 minute walk to central attractions. Breakfast is light, good if you just want to grab a bit then go out and explore to city. Breakfast room has modern decor and clean feel. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Rooms are a little odd, we stayed in a twin room which had a double bed and a single bed, very cramped. Could do with re-decorating, slight stains on walls and sheets. Dispite this I would stay at this hotel again.

price, attentive friendly staff, convenience, included breakfast. Fantastic value with great position for city sightseeing.
a small fridge in room would have been nice, but otherwise great.
